High availability based upon redundancy of resources is the objective of the telecommunication structure and servers are used to support applications used by Arcon to manage its clients’ environments.

To achieve the latter, 2 SOCs located in AAA buildings in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and two Data Centers Tier III in the same cities are used. Check the diagram below:

This infrastructure allows supporting the following events without interruption in the provided services:

• Energy break-down
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the network, servers and applications components
• Complete failure or destruction of 1 SOC and 1 Data Center

• Processes

Arcon uses the following patterns to formulate and implement the process and controls. The evidence of usage of these patterns can be audited by clients when there is no valid certification available to prove them.
